Courtney Soria, a Florida native, is the managing partner of Soria Law. She has practiced immigration law and estate planning for over seven years. She received her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the Florida A&M College of Law, after receiving her Bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida. In law school, Courtney Soria was a member of law review and moot court, and also received two book awards in Florida Practice and Professional Responsibility. During a summer abroad with Gonzaga Law School, Courtney Soria discovered a passion for estate planning while taking an elder law course. While serving as a student law clerk for the U.S. Department of Justice Executive Office for Immigration Review Orlando Immigration Court, Courtney Soria, discovered another area where she knew that she could act as an advocate, and learned about immigration proceedings from the inside.
Courtney Soria limits her practice areas to immigration and estate planning in order to ensure that you receive competent legal advice and services. She takes the time to make sure that you understand your case and your options before you decide what you want to do with your case.
Courtney Soria is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, and may appear before all Florida Courts, United States Immigration Courts, USCIS Field Offices, and the Board of Immigration Appeals. She is a member of the Florida Bar, the American Immigration Lawyers Association - South Florida Chapter and Central Florida Chapter.
