Rochelle Harding joined Shook and Stone in 2019 as the Pre-Litigation Department Manager. Rochelle
focuses her personal injury practice on all aspects of both pre-litigation and litigation, including
identifying potential causes of action, researching case law and legal strategies, ensuring our client’s are
receiving superior medical care, and negotiating with adjusters and providers. As a former Insurance
Defense Attorney, Rochelle understands the tactics and strategies used by the insurance companies to
avoid paying what is due to an injured party. Rochelle utilizes her knowledge to ensure the best
settlements possible are secured for our clients.
